2024 Festival Information - Agra, India
Your brothers and sisters in India warmly welcome you to join them at the Feast of Tabernacles 2024 in Agra India, home of the world-famous Taj Mahal.
Daily Services as well as lodging and three meals each day will be at Hotel Grand Mercure. Services will primarily be in English with translation into the Hindi language for several of the local brethren from Agra. Services will be held in the on-sight conference hall.
International guests can fly into the New Delhi international airport and economically hire a driver for the 4 hour drive to Agra or take the train. Flights from Delhi to Agra are very limited.
You will greatly enjoy meeting the local Agra brethren and other Indians traveling to the site - eating meals together and staying in the same hotel. You are encouraged to join in the "feast variety show” which is a fun and enjoyable evening for everyone. Visitors may be interested in two afternoon group tours to famous area attractions such as the Taj Mahal and Agra Fort. Tours can be arranged via the hotel personnel.
Rooms are air conditioned, well-furnished and equipped with modern amenities. The lodging rate includes three buffet meals for 2 persons, inclusive of all taxes. Children ages 6-11 are an additional daily fee of $35. The dining facility at the hotel is a multi-cuisine restaurant which provides a variety of international foods from around the world for guests to enjoy.
A visit to India will be a life-changing experience. If you want to travel internationally and you earnestly seek to meet and serve your brothers and sisters in Christ who live overseas, the Feast in India would be an exceptional opportunity for you. You can make a difference by sharing your time, talent and love with your India brothers and sisters. There is a need for church elders and leaders in UCG congregations to attend the Feast in India and share daily messages during the Feast. Lodging and Location of Services at the Grand Mercure Hotel, Agra
First Service: Wednesday evening, October 16th at 7:00 pm
Feast Registration: To register for the Feast, click the Register button below. A $50 registration fee (per family) is required and will be applied to overall Feast expenses.
Hotel Reservations at Grand Mercure, Agra:
Once you have registered, you will be emailed information and asked your bed preference and dates of stay. You will then be requested to send your international flight details. Full room payment is due on September 1st.Your room reservation is confirmed only when registration is completed and your deposit & flight details are received.
Room Rates:
Double Occupancy Rate: $115 / day (Superior City View Room)
Triple Room Rate: $165 (includes extra rollaway bed)
Rollaway bed: $50 per night*
Children 5 and under - no charge;
Children ages 6-11 years of age in same bed as parent is an additional rate of $35/night
* All children requiring an extra bed: $50/night
Includes 3 buffet meals each day.
